Manager, Product Management (Travel Products)
Overview
The mission of Mastercard Corporate Solutions is to power business and trade for organizations everywhere. The role of the B2B and T&E (Travel and Expense) Industry Partners and Value-Added Services team is to enable sales teams with enhanced products, translate customer needs into requirements, and ensure solution delivery to drive B2B and T&E revenue. This role will focus on building automated payment products for the travel industry. The role will require strategic product vision to design partner-led products across the complex travel landscape.
Responsibilities
- Work and negotiate with external partners to develop product offerings and drive customer usage
- Make build/buy/partner decisions when deciding how best to deliver capabilities
- Take a data-driven approach to product enhancements, identifying opportunity areas and contributing to the Product roadmap, prioritizing work to deliver against key areas of focus
- Understand Mastercard’s business model and take key financial or commercial factors into consideration to positively influence revenue delivery and cost efficiency
- Deploy test & learn experimentation to ensure that the end user and customer experience is continuously optimized
- Incorporate an understanding of the broader payment ecosystem into ongoing product management
- Leverage working knowledge of Mastercard business, systems, products and customer requirements in making fact-based business and product decisions

- You are a curious product manager with demonstrated history of delivering complicated projects
- You have proven track record in building commercial relationships with external partners
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and where product solutions aren’t immediately apparent
- You have experience working with payments products and are familiar with the four-party model
- You have experience working with external partners
- Demonstrated success building relationships and delivering results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams
