The RTP Bid Management team within the Real Time Payments Platform division handles complex, strategically important global bid opportunities.
Responsibilities- Engage early with global sales teams to qualify opportunities and conduct pre‑bid workshops or presentation management.
- Facilitate strategic thinking, value propositions, and win themes throughout proposals.
- Lead and manage the bid team – assemble, prioritize, allocate work, and provide leadership.
- Plan and enforce timelines, ensuring customer deadlines are met.
- Produce proposals, create bid structures and templates, drive contributor awareness, allocate responsibilities, instruct, review, feed back, and edit as needed.
- Maintain bid team communication and stakeholder management.
- Track and log risks, ensure process adherence, governance, approvals, and file management.
- Ensure high‑quality customer documentation – proof‑read, peer‑review, maintain coherence, tone, consistency.
- Collect and act on post‑bid lessons learned, follow‑up, and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate customer follow‑up, workshops, presentations, and contract coordination when required.
- Motivate and encourage a winning mentality across the bid life cycle.
- Contribute to shared Bid Management resources: content database, service improvements, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
- Proven Bid Manager experience with strategic bid development.
- Strong ability to manage virtual, cross‑functional teams and maintain customer focus.
- Excellent organizational and multi‑project management skills.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and change management.
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and demonstrate credibility and competence.
- Deep knowledge and practice of bid best‑practice (APMP preferred).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Language skills highly desirable but not mandatory.
