Responsibilities
- Lead the development, execution & management of Benefits Presentment.
- Deliver the future of Mastercard’s AI native transactions consumer experiences.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Mastercard’s CVP strategy and growth objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize key markets and use case launches; work with regions, engineering and customer delivery to launch in key markets / customer.
- Design seamless user experiences and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and cardholder value.
- Build and refine business cases to support scale and expansion.
- Partner closely with cross functional teams (including Technology, Marketing, and Experience Design Team) to ensure integrated execution.
- Maintain strong feedback loops with executive leadership and delivery teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision-making.
- Be a part of a larger team consisting of Product Managers, CRM Managers and Experience Designers.
Qualifications
- Experience in launching new products in complex, cross functional environments.
- Experience across Digital Ecosystem and in driving consumer preference through compelling features and UX including Direct to consumer space, with knowledge of Conversational AI, Agentic Commerce and data driven personalization features.
- Knowledge of CRM techniques and capabilities to offer personalized benefits, offers and packages to all cardholders.
- Strong financial acumen, including the ability to build business cases and manage budgets.
- Clear, compelling communicator with experience influencing senior executive audiences and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Strong cross functional leadership mindset with the ability to navigate organizational complexity.
- Embodies The Mastercard Way and leadership principles, championing collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Economics) and/or an MBA preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Mastercard benefits for interns generally include: 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time; jury duty leave; and on-site fitness facilities in some locations.
