The Role: We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Management for a one-year fixed-term contract reporting to the Director of Send Standards Compliance. This role sits within the Mastercard Send Standards & Compliance team, part of the Global Send Product organization. The team defines, maintains, and enforces money transfer standards for Mastercard Send. This role will play a key part in strengthening compliance controls, improving data quality, and ensuring consistent application of Send standards across the network. It requires a highly collaborative, global approach, working closely with regional and global Send teams, as well as Legal, Regulatory, Franchise, and Compliance.
- Design and implement automated capabilities to detect, monitor, and address non‑compliance with Send program standards
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to develop and deploy network controls that enforce compliance with Mastercard rules and data standards
- Analyze transaction and customer data to identify compliance gaps, improve data integrity, and drive actionable insights
- Lead the rollout of network controls, ensuring transactions contain required data elements and are properly structured
- Contribute to both short‑term enhancements and long‑term strategy for Send standards enforcement and control frameworks
- Support broader Mastercard Send product initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Represent Mastercard in customer engagements and industry forums, as needed
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to Send standards and controls
- Promote awareness and adoption of upcoming global Send standards and publications

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Mastercard Single Message System (SMS), Dual Message System (DMS), and associated specifications. Familiarity with Mastercard Send and/or real‑time payments ecosystems. Experience working effectively in global. Hands‑on experience using Microsoft Power BI for data analysis, dashboard development, report creation, and data visualization.
