The role manages readiness governance processes, intake review activities, launch readiness assessments, and stakeholder engagement to support successful product launches and operational preparedness. They play a critical supporting role in executing these initiatives, ensuring that product launches and operational readiness activities are delivered with precision, governance, and quality. You thrive in complex environments and excel at translating technical detail into clear, actionable content.You bring:• Proven experience in product management with a strong track record of authoring and managing complex product documentation, preferably in the payments/ FINTECH industry• Exceptional writing, editing, and content structuring skills• Ability to simplify complex processes for diverse global audiences• Experience creating training materials, management decks, and product bulletins• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across technical, commercial, operations, and legal teams• Project management capabilities within your own scope of work• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
