Mastercard Foundry builds next-generation offerings that engineer the future of commerce. Across our interdisciplinary teams and five global R&D Labs, we create differentiated product experiences for our customers and partners leveraging actionable insights, design expertise, and advanced technologies. Through our innovation portfolios, we partner with the program teams to define key focus areas where we co-invest with them to create, incubate and scale new products and services. The Manager, Product Development role is a key part of the Commercial and New Payment Flows (CNPF) portfolio, focused on building new innovative solutions to address small business pain points.

Role Help drive the generation and analysis of new concepts and solutions for CNPF, interfacing with internal product teams, customers, and end-users. Own the development of concepts into commercial products, from concept through pilot, incubation and commercialization, leveraging the Foundry Engineering, Customer Research, and Experience Design teams. Develop and own product roadmaps, pilot launch plans and business cases throughout the product development process. Build relationships across the Global Products teams and Foundry teams to support the delivery of new products. Support the ideation and development of a strong pipeline of Foundry projects leveraging internal and external relationships. Uses a data-driven approach to assess market opportunities and to build business cases incorporating accurate representations of future revenues and expense bases.

All About You Experience in developing and commercializing new products. Understanding of product development concepts and practices across the product development life cycle. Experience in overseeing the rapid prototyping process for global/multi-region products. Demonstrated success in generating, structuring, evaluating, and promoting innovative ideas within an organization. Able to build relationships and delivering results with global, multi-cultural and remote project teams. Strong communication skills, able to articulate and where necessary simplify concepts and details. A strong interest and understanding of the payments industry and/or working in a B2B2C ecosystem.
