Director, Product Management (Processing Solutions) – Services is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. This role sits within the Business & Markets Insights (B&MI) services organization. The B&MI vertical is focused on creating products and solutions that create value for customers through Analytics, Insights, Business Experimentation, and Advisors and Transformation. Within B&MI, Deploy is one of the fastest-growing consulting capabilities, designed to accelerate implementation, execution, and adoption of Mastercard strategies and platforms.
The Global Product Director will lead the strategic vision, deploy solution development, commercialization, and go to market activities to accelerate uptake of Deploy Services globally with a primary focus on:
- Owning the global solutioning strategy for processing led Deploy engagements including identifying new technology solutions to accelerate processor implementation & migrations.
- Defining how Deploy supports issuer processing transformation, fintech enablement, and core platform modernization.
- Building and commercializing partner enabled execution models (agent, referral, bundled delivery).
- Equipping regions, BD, and Advisors teams with a clear processing value narrative and execution playbook.
- Ensuring strong alignment with Mastercard product, processing, and platform stakeholders to drive coherent strategy, governance, and execution across processing-led initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as global solution owner for processing through Deploy offerings, including issuer core modernization, fintech processing enablement, and largescale transformation programs.
- Define the Services value proposition and how it enhances product, partner, and consulting propositions across processing led opportunities.
- Translate market and client demand into clear, repeatable processing propositions supported by Deploy execution.
- Develop the processing GTM strategy including:
- Target & prioritise client segments (issuers, fintechs, neo banks, processors).
- Standard solution archetypes and deployment models.
- Modular commercial constructs (agent, referral, bundled execution).
Partner Enabled Execution Models
- Work closely with Deploy Product Operations & Partnerships to:
- Shape how Deploy engages with processing and platform partners.
- Integrate the specialty in the commercial partner program.
- Define governance, intake, and execution models for partner led delivery.
- Ensure partner solutions are integrated into Deploy execution frameworks, not positioned as standalone technology.
Regional Enablement & Scale
- Equip regional Product, BD, and Account Managers to sell and deliver processing led Deploy engagements at scale.
- Support regions on complex opportunities where local processing expertise or capacity is constrained.
- Share best practices, refine propositions based on market feedback, and drive consistency across regions.
Cross Functional Leadership
- Act as a trusted processing subject matter leader across Services, aligning execution with Mastercard’s broader platform and ecosystem strategy.
- Act as a product owner for a set of Deploy solutions, owning the global strategy and go-to-market expansion in close partnership with the global Deploy product and regional teams.
All About You
- Senior experience (Director level or equivalent) in payments, processing platforms, or largescale financial services transformation.
- Proven experience as a product, sales or client services leader with a demonstrated ability to drive commercial growth.
- Deep understanding of issuer processing, fintech enablement, or core platform transformation.
- Proven ability to operate in partner led delivery models.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across regions and functions.
- Fluent in English, Spanish highly desirable.
- Intellectually curious with entrepreneurial attitude and a results-driven mindset.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new execution models.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to generate “out of the box” solutions and build alignment across diverse teams.
- Ability to influence without authority - anticipate and proactively address issues that may arise.
- Excellent commercial thinking, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
