About The Role

As Head of Sales for Dynamic Yield in Europe, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships. You’ll build and manage a high-performing team of 20+ individuals, develop go-to-market strategies, and work cross-functionally to ensure customer success and retention.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering data-driven, customer-focused solutions, highly motivated, curious, solutions-oriented, and entrepreneurial. They are collaborative, project-focused, and passionate about building successful teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and monitor sales objectives for the European team, ensuring quarterly targets are met.
  • Coach, develop, and make decisions on team composition to ensure high performance in a SaaS environment.
  • Oversee a core team of 20+ people, indirectly managing over 40 supporting staff.
  • Collaborate with supporting functions to maximize team effectiveness.
  • Maintain a small individual sales target focusing on strategic accounts.
  • Support the team and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.

All About You:

  • Extensive sales leadership experience in SaaS and martech, with a strong record in business development and client engagement.
  • Proven success managing large, dispersed teams and delivering results in high-performance settings.
  • Experience working with or within large enterprise organizations, navigating complex structures.
  • Strong organizational skills, urgency, and effective coaching and performance management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS business model, preferably in martech, with knowledge of Dynamic Yield’s landscape.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, credibility, confidence, and stakeholder influence.
