Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Employee Relations Advisor to join its Global Employee Relations team. Working with People Business Partners, employment law, compliance, and business stakeholders, you will support the development and administration of our performance management process and foster a fair work environment.

You will provide guidance on performance tools, assist investigations, coordinate training for managers, and advise on probation matters, aiming to enhance the employee experience.
