Executive Assistant Executive Assistant – Supporting 2 x Senior Vice Presidents
Location: Harrogate or Warsaw
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to two Senior Vice Presidents and their teams. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of a global payments technology company, supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
Act as primary point of contact between the SVPs and internal/external stakeholders
Organise team meetings, events, and off-site activities
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Support project coordination and follow-up on key initiatives
Manage expense reports and budget tracking

Essential Requirements:

Proven track record supporting C-suite or senior executives
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks
Flexible approach to working hours to accommodate global business needs
Fluent English (additional European languages advantageous)
