The People Insights Consultant role is a newly created role in our Consulting Team within the Global People Insights Team, operating across multiple regions and time zones.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have experience providing actionable insights and compelling narratives for an executive audience and have experience partnering with HR leadership at a global and matrixed organization. This role requires a deep understanding of people analytics, data visualization, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and impactful narratives.</p><p><b>Role</b></p><ol><li><b>Analysis and Insights:</b> Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to the employee lifecycle as well as other key HR areas such as employee listening, talent and performance, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, etc.</li><li><b>Storytelling:</b> Develop and deliver compelling data-driven stories that effectively communicate insights to senior executives (e.g., C-Suite).</li><li><b>Stakeholder Engagement:</b> Proactively collaborate with HR leaders to provide thought leadership for analysis projects; keep stakeholders informed of progress and timelines.</li><li><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</b> Work across technical and consulting teams to execute on the analytics roadmap; convert inputs from stakeholders into creative, scalable solutions.</li><li><b>Continuous Improvement Mindset:</b> Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging themes in the people analytics domain, identifying opportunities to introduce external perspectives, enhance product offerings, and maximize impact.</li><li><b>Data Integrity & Governance:</b> Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data including partnering with Data Privacy & Governance teams to obtain appropriate data governance approvals.</li></ol><p><b>All About You</b></p><p><b>Essential</b></p><ol><li>Outcome-driven; with experience providing innovative advanced analytical solutions that have lasting impact in multiple dimensions; strategic, operational, and financial.</li><li>Understanding of the HR functional domain; either through hands-on experience or external research.</li><li>Experience in relationship building and managing a group of either internal or external clients.</li><li>Proven practical experience in developing insights and narratives for an executive-level audience.</li><li>Flexible and responsible; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including adapting where required to changes in business priorities.</li><li>End-to-end problem-solving and communication abilities: diagnosis, data cleaning, integration and transformation, analysis, visualization, and presentation.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams, working across multiple time zones.</li><li>Openness to feedback and strong self-awareness.</li><li>Ability to work within the confines of data governance and privacy standards.</li></ol><p><b>Corporate Security Responsibility</b></p><p>All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks come with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:</p><ul><li>Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;</li><li>Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;</li><li>Report any suspected information security violation or breach;</li><li>Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.</li></ul> J-18808-Ljbffr
