Lead the development of an innovative digital financial coaching solution designed to improve the financial health of underbanked consumers. The role owns the end‑to‑end product strategy, from concept and MVP definition through pilot execution and iterative improvement, collaborating closely with engineering, analytics, design, governance, and data teams to deliver a trusted, scalable AI‑enabled experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy experience building for underbanked or emerging‑market contexts.
- Experience with aggregated transaction data products (e.g., Open Finance) and/or issuer integrations.
- Experience launching conversational or multi‑channel experiences (in‑app + messaging platforms).
- Experience taking products through pilot‑to‑scale commercialisation, including partner enablement and measurement frameworks.
