We’re looking for a confident and creative BDR TeamM anager to lead and grow our high-performing European BDR team for Dynamic Yield. This role is perfect for someone with sales experience who’s ready to roll up their sleeves – spotting gaps, driving new initiatives, and shaping strategy to keep the momentum going.
You’ll manage a team of 6 BDRs across Europe, ensuring they hit quarterly targets, refining outreach strategies, and aligning cross-functionally to drive consistent pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
• Coach and manage a team of 6 BDRs who are based in Europe, targeting regions across the EU + UK.
• Set clear performance goals and KPIs for outreach activity, pipeline contribution, and conversion.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins.
• Build and maintain a strong team culture in a hybrid/distributed environment.
• Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
Training & Development
• Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs focused on prospecting, personalisation, objection handling, product knowledge, and sales tools.
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to improve messaging, outreach tactics, and qualification skills.
• Track and report on individual and team development progress.
Sales Process & Strategy
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine lead generation strategies and handoff processes.
• Optimise outreach sequences and messaging to improve conversion rates.
• Analyse team performance metrics and funnel data to identify areas for improvement.
• Drive experimentation around new market segments, messaging themes, or sales tactics to accelerate growth.
Collaboration & Communication
• Act as a liaison between the BDR team and Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and other Mastercard departments.
• Share insights from the front lines to help shape campaign messaging and product positioning.
• Drive alignment between outbound prospecting efforts and overall GTM strategy.
• Regularly report on BDR performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership within Dynamic Yield and Mastercard.
• Navigate internal Mastercard structures and processes to advocate for the BDR function and unblock team needs.
All About You
• Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales with proven ability to coach and develop early-career sales talent.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS sales funnel, outbound sales methodologies, and frameworks.
• Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, Gong, Zoominfo.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
• Experience selling enterprise software solutions.
• Background in scaling a BDR function in a high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) tactics and GTM motions.
