Overview

In this role you enable scalable program management across Mastercard’s consulting practice, shaping standards and governance to improve delivery quality and financial performance. You’ll translate portfolio insights into actionable plans, support leadership with timely updates, and help grow the practice through disciplined execution. You work closely with cross-functional partners to raise reliability and efficiency of programs that drive client impact. This is a chance to influence how Mastercard delivers large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide portfolio-level insights on quality, resourcing, finance, and delivery health
  • Shape and maintain standards, frameworks, and governance to improve program consistency
  • Support scoping, opportunity shaping, and revenue diligence with analyses and materials for leadership
  • Track risks, dependencies, and capacity across the portfolio and flag trends for leadership
  • Prepare internal reporting and executive updates with clear, decision-ready outputs
  • Collaborate with program leaders to plan, prioritize, and drive continuous improvement
  • Create and maintain artefacts like playbooks, templates, dashboards, and governance materials
  • Support governance meetings and leadership sessions with preparation and follow-up
  • Embed best practices in scoping, financial management, and delivery governance
  • Grow capability by owning specific practice areas with guidance from senior leaders

Key requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with experience in project management and change management
  • 4-6 years of project management experience
  • Exposure to financial institutions, payments, or consultancies
  • Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
  • Logical, structured thinking
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across several clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication in English and local office language
  • Eligibility to work and travel as required
  • Ability to travel to client sites semi-regularly
