We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join the B2B Product Marketing team, supporting initiatives across Network Products (primary focus) and Real‑Time Payments (RTP). This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing and market intelligence, contributing to high‑impact B2B marketing initiatives that position Mastercard as a trusted partner across multiple payment rails. You will support key marketing disciplines including campaigns, events, competitive intelligence, content and AEO/search optimisation, ensuring activity is insight‑led, customer‑centric and aligned to business priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Campaigns, content and execution: Support execution of B2B marketing activity, primarily for Network Products. Contribute to development of marketing assets, including thought leadership, case studies and sales enablement. Ensure alignment with Mastercard brand and messaging frameworks. Assist in adapting global narratives for regional and market needs.
- Events and customer engagement: Support planning and delivery of industry events, forums and customer engagements. Coordinate event content, messaging and materials with internal stakeholders. Contribute to pre‑ and post‑event activities, including engagement and performance reporting.
- Competitive intelligence and market insights: Gather and structure competitive intelligence and market insights. Support development of insight‑led materials to inform GTM, messaging and sales engagement. Track competitor activity, market trends and emerging themes across Core payment network solutions.
- Digital marketing and AEO/search: Support SEO/AEO initiatives to improve content discoverability. Assist in creating and optimizing digital content based on audience needs and search behaviours. Collaborate with digital and marketing operations teams on campaign delivery and performance.
- Performance tracking: Track and report on performance across campaigns, events and content. Support use of dashboards and reporting tools to monitor effectiveness.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: Work with Product, Sales, Marketing and Communications teams to support aligned initiatives. Build strong relationships across regions and functions. Ensure consistency and quality of marketing outputs.
About You:
- Early‑career experience in B2B or product marketing, or a related field in the finance industry.
- Exposure to campaigns, content development or events.
- Experience in payments, fintech or technology is a plus.
