Overview
Join an agile team that delivers significant value to the UK&I business and fintech ecosystem. The focus is on building partnerships with organisations offering BIN Sponsorship and Banking‑as‑a‑Service products to new‑to‑market fintechs and businesses. You will report to the Director of BIN Sponsorship and BaaS and collaborate with stakeholders across Mastercard and partner organisations.
Responsibilities
- Support BIN Sponsor and BaaS customers by working with account managers, managing day‑to‑day operational relationships, and delivering new payment products.
- Build long‑term relationships with key partners to bring scalable BaaS propositions to market.
- Manage client compliance with Mastercard rules and navigate Mastercard manuals.
- Identify business opportunities and support sales strategy and execution.
- Lead rapid problem resolution with cross‑functional partners (AML, Franchise, Risk, BDF, Finance, Legal).
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Support business case development and commercial proposals for new and renewal deals.
Qualifications

- Experience building and managing internal and external relationships.
