Role
The SME team seeks a Director, SME Sales Specialist to drive revenue and expand Mastercard\’s presence in this segment, focusing on sales execution and product management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales (Primary Focus)
- Develop and execute a revenue-driven sales strategy to grow Mastercard\’s SME segment across Europe.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline using data insights to prioritize opportunities.
- Identify and engage potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Work with CPG companies, distributors, and wholesalers to digitize B2B payments for small businesses.
- Understand SME challenges and tailor Mastercard\’s solutions accordingly.
- Manage the sales process from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Represent Mastercard at industry events to boost brand visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.
Product Management (Supporting Focus)
- Collaborate with teams to enhance SME solutions and go-to-market strategies.
