WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – Seaford, DE – FULL TIME!

Experience with Plumbing & HVAC Inventory preferred!

You will manage the warehouse inventory and maintain the database in this role. Coordinate and schedule the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished products. Implements daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in the warehouse.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Support our Techs in the field – Run small Warehouse, order replenishment materials, fill orders to re-stock trucks, receive goods, and inventory control.
  • Manage and provide strong leadership to warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations and great internal customer service; “tech-friendly” atmosphere.
  • Manage purchasing for the Plumbing division in alignment with company objectives.
  • Drive accountability of staff regarding the quality of work, accuracy, and efficiency of all expected job functions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, and document SOPs with continuous improvement to process and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
  • Create a schedule and ensure ongoing truck/warehouse inventories are completed in alignment with company goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Manage weekly truck and warehouse replenishments to ensure timely delivery of materials and minimize out of stocks.
  • Optimize truck & warehouse materials stocking levels based on varying and evolving criteria.
  • Monitor and update item master in accordance with as required by change in material demands.
  • Assist the VP of Operations & Fleet Manager with truck fleet management and deployment.
  • Manage Truck templates and maintain inventory integrity in Service Titan (ERP) software.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Work is performed in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lift and transport >50lbs
  • Travel to other LTP locations on an as-needed basis.
  • Travel to vendors when required

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience as a Warehouse Lead in Plumbing & HVAC trades (preferred)
  • Expertise with Warehouse Management and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience with documented / exceptional results. Excellent Microsoft Office skills
