The Sewer Sales Estimator is responsible for converting drain cleaning work into sales to meet the division’s set revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
NOTE: 100% Commission Sales + Bonus – Amazing regional earnings potential! This is a W-2 Employee/position with great benefits!
In this role, you will:
- Execute the sales process to meet booking, conversion, and job profitability goals.
- Present Len The Plumber as the “industry best” by selling the brand and value proposition against the competition.
- Create trust and value when presenting sewer repair options to homeowners.
- Develop a daily schedule of productive activities from qualified leads.
- Develop community relationships.
- Respond to and initiate telephone contact with potential customers.
- Complete camera inspections of main line for customers and accurately diagnose defects.
- Inform homeowners of the state of their sewer main and offer appropriate options for repair or replacement.
- Prepare and present individualized proposals for main sewer replacements or repairs.
- Close sales and achieve assigned sales performance objectives.
- Collaborate with the Excavation team to ensure the job is executed professionally.
- Contact local utility companies for crews\’ required paperwork.
QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:
- Experience in Sewer, Plumbing or HVAC sales.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience required 2+ years of residential/home services experience, highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen required.
- Ability to work in the field, in the office, or at customers’ homes.
- Periodic visits at various branch locations may be required.
- Set appropriate customer expectations regarding scope of work, availability, and landscaping.
- Accurately ‘locate’ damaged sewer line to formulate an accurate scope of work.
- Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and with customers.
- Work professionally under pressure during high-volume work.
- Multitask and prioritize (or reprioritize) tasks on very short notice.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
