Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is growing and looking for a Licensed Lead Electrician to join our Frankfort, KY team! This is a full-time opportunity for a highly skilled residential service electrician who takes pride in their work and is ready to lead by example.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform and lead residential electrical service calls and installations
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, providing expert advice and estimates
- Represent the Tom Drexler brand with professionalism and a customer-first approach
- Support junior team members and help maintain a high-performance culture
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
What You Bring:
- Valid Electrical License – REQUIRED
- Residential electrical experience (service experience preferred)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
