We’re hiring a Senior Corporate Campaign Manager (maternity cover) to lead and run our global thought leadership programme. This is a highly operational role at the heart of our global marketing engine. You’ll own and run our thought leadership programme end to end, ensuring our insights show up in the market through well-executed, integrated campaigns. You’ll bring together and activate our flagship thought leadership assets, including our global client magazine, podcast and video series, and major insight reports, turning them into multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and perception. Working across functions and regions, you’ll act as the central point of coordination, connecting content, digital, creative, and regional teams to deliver campaigns at scale.

How you will create impact:

  • Lead the planning and delivery of the global thought leadership programme
  • Turn flagship assets, including the magazine, podcast, video series, and reports, into integrated, multi-channel campaigns
  • Coordinate teams across content, digital, creative, and regions to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively
  • Plan and manage key campaign moments, ensuring alignment across markets
  • Shape clear and engaging narratives from complex topics for senior audiences
  • Manage multiple campaigns at different stages, maintaining quality and momentum
  • Track performance and use insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and provide clear, confident guidance
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues and contribute to best practice across the team

Your profile:

  • Proven experience leading thought leadership or insight-led campaigns end to end, with a track record of delivering measurable campaign outcomes
  • Background in B2B, professional services, or consulting marketing
  • Strong project management and execution skills – equally confident rolling up your sleeves and keeping strategic oversight
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with confidence engaging directly with senior partners
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics and dashboards to inform decisions
  • Pragmatic, collaborative, and agile, with the ability to adapt and innovate as campaigns evolve
