We're looking for Warehouse Assistants to join our dedicated team in Tonbridge, Kent. You’ll be supporting us with general warehouse tasks (picking, packing, checking off deliveries & putting away products), directly contributing towards our mission to create unexpected delight for our consumers in a genuinely human way.

  • What’s the Contract? Initially, this is a temporary contract until 8th January, 2027, but for the right candidate there is always an opportunity for a permanent contract.
  • What are you gonna pay me? £12.75 per hour, plus bonus (which can take great people up to £14+ per hour!)
  • What are the shift options? Shifts are Available Monday to Sunday (with optional overtime). We currently have vacancies for the following shift pattern:
    • 08:00 - 16:30

About the role

You’ll be a key part of our well-oiled machine, assisting by carrying out key day to day tasks in a specified area to assist the on-duty Shift Lead in obtaining maximum operational efficiencies whilst maintaining regulatory compliance standards, as well as;

  • Help manage the inbound, outbound & onsite stock movements inline with quality, warehouse and compliance policies.
  • Assist in carrying out quality control checks on products arriving, being stored and dispatched from site.
  • Pick and pack orders, meeting specified targets
  • Assisting in managing the inbound and onsite stock movements
  • Report all non conformities to the line manager including, but not limited to product integrity, health and safety, quality & compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader Warehouse / Fulfilment leadership teams and other departments in the business to deliver against planned and ad-hoc project deadlines.

We offer on the job training, so a 'can do' attitude is the main criteria, as is an excellent level of manual dexterity, mathematical ability, prioritisation and IT skills.

You’ll be the 'go to' for support in all aspects of the running of the warehouse - so impeccable interpersonal skills and a good level of written and spoken comms is required, including the ability to appreciate and communicate clearly with a diverse team of talented individuals.
