This role is perfect for someone who thrives on high‑impact technical SEO projects, enjoys rolling their sleeves up, and wants to make a measurable difference to an established e‑commerce business.
Working closely with our Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll lead critical SEO initiatives, influence cross‑functional teams, and ensure our organic strategy delivers real revenue growth. You’ll be the SEO authority within the business, owning key initiatives that will shape the future of our organic performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading major technical and commercial SEO projects
- Managing the launch of a sister website
- Executing high‑stakes URL and information architecture restructures (moving from flat to hierarchical structures)
- Overseeing our “Striking Distance” keyword programme, ensuring terms ranking positions 4–20 move into the Top 3
- Working closely with Development, Performance Marketing, UX & Design, and Editorial teams
- Identifying technical SEO issues and driving solutions through to implementation
- Monitoring and optimising rankings, page speed, redirects, CTR and other key SEO KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven hands‑on experience with E‑Commerce specific SEO
- Deep knowledge of current SEO practices including website architecture
- Sense of ownership and the ability to push projects forward internally
- Ability to keep on top of ever‑changing SEO landscape
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. GA, GSC, SE Ranking etc)
- A strong work ethic and sense of timekeeping
You’re someone who combines commercial thinking with technical curiosity; analytical and data‑driven, commercially minded with a focus on profitable growth, a strong communicator who can work across multiple teams, self‑motivated, energetic and ambitious, organised with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, and a positive, collaborative team player.
Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to take ownership of high‑impact SEO initiatives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where your work will have direct commercial impact. If you love solving technical challenges, pushing performance forward, and working with passionate teams — we’d love to hear from you.

We move quickly, care deeply about results, and give high performers the trust and ownership to deliver. You’ll be accountable for outcomes, not activity. There’s no politics or red tape here. Just smart people, high standards and the expectation that you show up, think commercially and get things done.
Alongside competitive pay and core benefits, you’ll get a generous staff discount on over 15,000 brand SKU’s. We don’t sit still, and there’s a lot more to come... Apply now if you want to join us.
