You'll work at the heart of the business, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Trade Marketing and Digital teams to develop brand strategies, launch new products, create compelling campaigns and drive sustainable commercial growth.

If you're passionate about craft spirits, love turning insight into action and can balance creativity with commercial thinking, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that drive growth across Atom's portfolio of own brands and gifting products.
  • Partner with Product teams to bring new product development (NPD) projects to market successfully.
  • Act as a true brand custodian, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging and identity across all touchpoints.
  • Use customer, market and category insights to identify growth opportunities and shape future brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with our in-house creative, content, social, digital and trade marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Support social media activity for key brands, creating engaging content and brand stories.
  • Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to develop initiatives that support commercial performance.
  • Manage brand budgets, monitor ROI and provide clear reporting on performance and investment.
  • Maintain and evolve brand toolkits, ensuring effective communication of brand guidelines and positioning.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to keep brands relevant and competitive.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years' experience in a Brand Manager role, ideally within spirits, drinks, FMCG or premium consumer brands.
  • Proven experience driving brand growth and delivering successful marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with new product development or product launches in drinks or FMCG.
  • Experience with retail activations, trade marketing campaigns and digital campaigns.
  • Experience creating social content for brands.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting effectively to stakeholders.
  • Great IT competency, including Google Suite of apps, budget and reporting tools, and the ability to produce engaging presentations.
  • Knowledge of UK retail and wholesale channels.
  • Experience with annual marketing planning, brand positioning work, campaign ROI tracking and insight-led category planning.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Genuine passion for craft spirits and premium brands.
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Desirable

  • Experience within craft spirits, premium drinks or luxury consumer goods.
  • Experience with gifting products is a plus.
  • WSET Level 2 qualification or equivalent industry knowledge.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
