The Role
You will be an essential member of the Production Bottling & Finishing Team, supporting the Site Manager, Production Supervisor, and Team Leader in delivering and managing the daily work plan while maintaining and improving key KPIs.
Essentials of the job:
- Fulfilling required duties in the production planning section using Production scheduler software as a guide.
- Help Line Manager to lead the team when needed.
- Setting up & operating all B&F production machinery independently.
- Responsible for running the line, including assigning duties.
- Understanding of alcohol duty, import and export, and ensuring team members follow the training correctly.
- Prepare & fill in required documentation, including but not limited to PdO’s, W1 data, W5 requesting and Internal stock Movements.
- In house label/sticker printing.
- Help to train new & or less experienced staff members.
- Packing, palletising following GUCs, WIs, SOPs.
- Promoting H&S standards.
- Promoting and assist in training of quality standards.
Experience, skills and qualifications:
- Production or warehouse experience is essential.
- Basic understanding of IT.
- Written and spoken English to an intermediate level.
