Join a High-Performing Liquid Production and Packaging Team
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and hands-on production environment, playing a key role in all aspects of liquid production whilst supporting packaging and wider site operations.
Working closely with the Production Management Team, you'll be involved in blending, vatting, reductions, R&D and recipe sign-off, as well as supporting packaging requirements when needed. You'll gain exposure to every stage of the production process and develop a deep understanding of how a vertically integrated drinks business operates.
We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive and eager to learn; someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in their work and wants to contribute to a team that's constantly looking to improve.
About the Role
In a nutshell, you'll assist the Production Management Team in all aspects of the site. Your primary focus will be liquid production, including blending, vatting, reductions, R&D and recipe sign-off, but you'll also assist with general packaging requirements.
You'll contribute to ensuring the best possible environment is maintained for the team, visitors and their activities.
You'll assist in the completion of liquid production and packaging to meet demand and forecast requirements whilst ensuring quality control, KPIs and the legalities we face when working with alcohol (amongst other things) are maintained as a minimum and surpassed wherever possible.
You'll report into the Liquid Production Supervisor. Whilst you'll be working closely alongside your line manager, we'll expect you to utilise your initiative and work autonomously wherever possible.
In Your First 30 Days
You'll go on a crash course to understand one of the most complex vertically integrated businesses around. You'll get your hands dirty in supporting departments, working alongside your new colleagues in every area to gain the necessary grassroots knowledge to help you become a huge success.
In Your First 60 Days
You'll be striving to understand the core of our business, how it runs, what it takes for it to continue to be successful and how you can contribute to that success.
In Your First 90 Days
You'll start to deliver your learnings back to the business. You'll have a great understanding of the inner workings of your departments, the journey Atom is on and how you can help us become more successful.
You'll begin a journey of continual improvement whilst developing fantastic relationships, understanding requirements and building a mental strategy for how you're going to help drive your departments forward.
