Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Your primary role will involve serving customers in a face-to-face setting, helping them understand the issues with their devices, and guiding them to make informed decisions about the best course of action.
- Cost Analysis: You'll assist customers in determining whether the cost of repairing their device is a cost-effective solution when compared to purchasing a new device or upgrading their current contract.
- Repair Updates: Keep customers informed about the progress of their repairs and maintain comprehensive case notes.
- Stock Management: Track incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Outbound Calls: Occasionally, you'll reach out to potential new customers to introduce them to our services.
