Didsbury Black Belt Academy is looking for an apprentice who wants to develop communication, customer service and membership sales skills in a purposeful local business. Our students come to us to develop confidence, discipline and martial arts skills. Your contribution starts before their first lesson—with a helpful conversation, a warm welcome and reliable service.
Support enquiries, introductory appointments and membership joining.
Learn how to communicate confidently with adults, young people and parents.
Receive structured apprenticeship learning, practical guidance and regular feedback.
Take greater responsibility as skills develop.
Enjoys speaking to people and is willing to make phone calls.
Listens, asks questions and communicates clearly.
Arrives reliably and completes agreed tasks.
Keeps accurate records and notices details.
Responds positively to feedback and puts it into practice.

Wants to learn how to turn an enquiry into a confident joining decision.

- Starting at 21 paid hours per week. - Afternoon and evening availability will be needed. - There is potential to increase towards 30 hours and progress into a Membership Sales Coordinator role as your skills and the academy grow, subject to review and agreement. - Pay and employment terms will be discussed during recruitment and confirmed before appointment.
