They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Primary Teacher to join their team this September.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that ignite curiosity, foster creativity, and promote the academic and personal development of Year 3 students. Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that are aligned with the national curriculum and tailored to meet the diverse needs of Year 3 students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, supported, and motivated to learn.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technology to facilitate active learning and encourage student participation and collaboration.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents to support their academic growth.
- Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering open communication and a sense of community within the classroom and school.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and ideas, and contribute to the overall development and improvement of the school's curriculum and programs.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and school events, taking an active role in the wider school community.

- Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Year 3 or a similar age group.
- Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies for primary education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering a love of learning and a growth mindset.
- Commitment to promoting inclusion, diversity, and equality in the classroom and school community.
