Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Part-Time Morning Role | Mainstream Primary School | Littlehampton We are currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Littlehampton on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking for a morning-only role within a supportive school environment. The Role As an LSA, you will work alongside the class teacher to support pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing. You may provide one-to-one or small-group support, helping children to engage with their learning and build confidence and independence. The role will include: * Supporting pupils with classroom activities and learning * Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required * Helping children develop confidence and positive learning behaviours * Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities * Building positive relationships with pupils and staff * Promoting an inclusive, safe and nurturing learning environment The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is caring, patient, reliable and enthusiastic about working with children. Previous experience in a school, nursery, childcare or support setting would be beneficial, although we would also consider candidates with transferable experience and the right attitude.
