Key Responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one or small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning difficulties.
- Support classroom teachers in delivering differentiated instruction to meet the varied needs of students.
- Help students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents.
- Prepare and organise learning materials and resources.
