They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team and support their students in achieving their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one‑on‑one or small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN) and learning difficulties.
  • Support classroom teachers in delivering differentiated instruction to meet the varied needs of students.
  • Help students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and parents.
  • Prepare and organise learning materials and resources.
  • Promote positive behaviour and support students in managing their behaviour.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Attend relevant training and professional development sessions.
