About the Role In this role, you will: * Teach Business Studies across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, delivering engaging and relevant lessons * Inspire students to think critically, work independently, and apply business concepts to everyday life * Plan creative lessons that support progress for learners of all abilities * Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed * Play an active role within the department and contribute to the wider life of the school You’ll be joining a school that values strong relationships, consistency, and high expectations, while also recognising the importance of staff wellbeing and work–life balance.
