Salary: Β£89 per day, paid weekly

The Role:

  • As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting learning and development throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting a wide range of students across various year groups
  • Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs, including ADHD, Autism, and social/emotional challenges
  • Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
  • Supervising students during breaks, activities, and transitions
  • Promoting pupil engagement, independence, and confidence

  • Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role

Essential Requirements:

  • Passion for supporting and empowering young learners
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff
  • A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
