We are expanding our Barnsley based team and are looking to recruit an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant looking to be part of an exciting desk. We offer 20% commission on all billings over £3000 per month.
The consultant will be responsible for day to day tasks that include:
- Recruiting and interviewing candidates
- Consulting with schools and colleges with clients and candidates to understand their needs
- Matching candidates to the appropriate job opportunities
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in an education recruitment role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the education sector
- Highly driven
