Nestled amidst beautiful countryside, this school offers an inspiring environment. The school caters for pupils aged 4–11, and is renowned for its nurturing ethos, committed staff, and a strong emphasis on providing a high-quality, inclusive education tailored to each child’s individual needs.

The Role:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons across your year groups
  • Creating a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
  • Providing targeted support to pupils with additional needs, including those with ADHD, Autism, and social/emotional challenges
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and school initiatives
  • Managing classroom behaviour and supervising students during breaks, activities, and transitions
  • Encouraging pupil engagement, independence, and confidence in their learning journey

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience teaching children or young people in a school setting
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to classroom management and pupil support
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous professional development and growth

Essential Requirements:

  • Passion for inspiring and empowering young learners
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • A current DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
