Position: Teaching Assistant 1:1 Support

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 16:00

Pay: 102 per day

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 9 student with ADHD and ASD, within a welcoming independent school in Crawley. This role will involve supporting the student throughout the school day, helping them remain engaged in lessons, manage transitions, and develop positive learning habits. You will work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to provide a consistent, structured, and nurturing environment.

  • Experience working within a secondary school setting.
  • Confidence supporting students with ADHD and/or ASD.
  • A calm, patient, and encouraging approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs.
