We are currently recruiting for Bank SEN Teaching Assistants to support schools across the Kent area. This is a flexible role, ideal for individuals looking to work around studies, childcare, or other commitments. You will be contacted on a weekly basis to confirm your availability for upcoming work.
The role involves supporting both primary and secondary-aged pupils with special educational needs, providing vital assistance in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assisting with learning activities and classroom engagement
- Supporting students with additional needs and challenging behaviour
- Adapting to different school environments and situations
- Helping to maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive setting
- Experience in a care or support-based role is highly desirable
- A resilient, adaptable, and proactive approach
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Flexibility and willingness to work across different schools
