We are currently recruiting for Bank SEN Teaching Assistants to support schools across the Kent area. This is a flexible role, ideal for individuals looking to work around studies, childcare, or other commitments. You will be contacted on a weekly basis to confirm your availability for upcoming work.

The role involves supporting both primary and secondary-aged pupils with special educational needs, providing vital assistance in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 or small group basis
  • Assisting with learning activities and classroom engagement
  • Supporting students with additional needs and challenging behaviour
  • Adapting to different school environments and situations
  • Helping to maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive setting
Requirements:
  • Experience in a care or support-based role is highly desirable
  • A resilient, adaptable, and proactive approach
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Flexibility and willingness to work across different schools
