The Role
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Supporting children with a range of SEN needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and parents to support pupil progress
- Adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience working with SEN children is highly desirable
- ECTs and experienced teachers are both welcome to apply
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A patient, resilient, and positive approach to teaching
- A passion for supporting children with additional needs
