Masterclass are seeking an exceptional Head of School (Primary) to join an alternative provision primary school at a pivotal time. This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role, working in close partnership with the Head Teacher and Primary staff to transform outcomes for young people at a crucial stage in their education.

As Interim Head of School, you will provide strong, compassionate and strategic leadership, ensuring that every pupil receives the support, care and high-quality education they deserve.

About the Role

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Primary School
  • Contribute strategically to the development of the wider organisation
  • Inspire, support and develop a dedicated staff team
  • Deliver a creative, engaging and inclusive curriculum
  • Ensure every young person is supported to achieve and succeed
  • Work in partnership with the SENCO to ensure identified needs are met effectively
