Many of the ECTs we place begin through supply work, allowing schools to see their teaching style and classroom engagement, which often leads to permanent roles where they can complete their induction years with full support. Supply teaching is an excellent opportunity to develop confidence, gain experience across different year groups, and find the right school environment for you.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has knowledge of the primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Is positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable
  • Is a driver or confident using public transport
