We are seeking a patient, enthusiastic and caring SEN Classroom Support Assistant to join a warm and welcoming SEN Primary School in Crawley. In this role, you will be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and develop key life skills.
What the role involves:
- Providing classroom support to children with SEND
- Working 1:1 or in small groups
- Assisting with personalised learning plans
- Supporting communication, emotional regulation and engagement
- Collaborating with teachers and therapists to ensure high-quality care and learning
What we’re looking for:
- A nurturing, resilient and proactive approach
- Experience in SEN or care (preferred but not essential)
- A genuine passion for helping children thrive
