Join Master Builders Solutions as a Production Operative at our Swinton manufacturing facility. We are seeking a proactive and efficient individual who is passionate about contributing to our commitment to quality and innovation in the Construction Industry.
In this role, you will be involved in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest standards while adhering to safety and quality protocols. You will work closely with the production team to meet set production targets and maintain operational efficiency.

Within This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:
- Operating and cleaning of production machinery and hand-held tools, once trained
- Having a basic understanding of production processes and quality control measures
- Having a strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures when operating machinery and handling products
- Working effectively as part of a team and communicating clearly with colleagues
- Having good organisational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Having a commitment to H&S regulations and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Good level of computer skills and good standard of education (E.G. English, Maths and one Science subject at minimum GCSE Grade 4 or above)
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and safety guidelines
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Forklift truck license is desirable but not essential; however, the successful candidate would be required to drive a forklift truck. Training will be provided on this if necessary.
