Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Western States Sales Manager, you will promote our products and services, manage key accounts, and support clients with technical solutions across the mining industry.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Provide comprehensive sales support to key customers and industry stakeholders.
- Deliver technical support and customer training (both theoretical and practical) on products and applications.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers among tunnelling and mining stakeholders.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally.
- Represent Master Builders Solutions at industry events, product trials, demonstrations, and trade shows.
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to promote the full product range, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate regularly with customer service and technical support teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer requirements.
- Actively seek opportunities to specify MBS admixture products such as fibres and water-proofers in projects with key customers, consultants, engineers, and contractors.
Requirements

- Travel to regional locations as required.
- Understanding of construction industry, processes, and technologies.
