The role involves:

  • Service, repair, install & commission electrical/mechanical anti-terror security equipment - Gates/Barriers/Bollards/Rising kerbs
  • Sites include MOD, Airports, Utilities & critical Infrastructure
  • Based within Reading and surrounding area with some travel further when required and 1–2 nights away/month (all expenses paid/meal allowance)
  • 1 in 4 weeks on standby

You’ll need:

  • Electrical & mechanical hydraulics maintenance experience
  • 3-phase systems & fault-finding
  • Industrial machinery background
  • UK driving licence
  • Able to pass Security Clearance checks - 5 years UK work experience
