Field Service Engineer (Mechanical) Reading and M4 Corridor £38,000 - 45,000 basic salary (Some flexibility based on experience) + Unlimited Overtime (Paid door to door), OTE 50k plus, standby allowance payment, Company Vehicle, Tools, Uniform, 22 Days Holiday, Meal allowance.
The role involves servicing, repairing, installing & commissioning a wide range of electro-mechanical equipment - anti-terror security equipment including Security Gating systems, road blockers, rising bollards, turnstiles and Hostile Vehicle Management systems. Sites include prestigious locations as well as MOD sites, Airports, Utilities & Infrastructure, and more. The position is based within the Reading area with some travel further when required for installation projects and 1-2 nights away/month (all expenses paid/ meal allowance). There is a standby requirement of 1 in 6 weeks with a standby allowance and call out payments.

You’ll need:
- Mechanical hydraulics maintenance and repair experience
- Some basic knowledge on electrical - 3-phase systems & fault-finding with some knowledge of control systems (training can be provided for the right candidate)
- Industrial machinery background
- UK driving licence and able to pass Security Clearance Checks
