We’re Hiring: Technical Scrum Master / Delivery Lead – SC Cleared

Location: Reading, UK

Duration:- Full Time

Key Skills Required:

Agile Expertise: Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Agile Project Manager in tech/data delivery teams

Data Awareness: Solid understanding of data pipelines, APIs and data governance

Technical Fluency: Comfortable working closely with engineers and architects on cloud-native solutions (Azure preferred)

Leadership Skills: Strong ability to build high-performing teams, lead with empathy, and deliver results

Public Sector Experience: Ideally with secure government projects and familiarity with compliance/assurance processes

IAM Knowledge: Exposure to Identity and Access Management within secure data environments
