We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with proven experience delivering permanent and contract hiring, supported by a strong working knowledge of IR35 legislation. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment within an internal TA function, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver compliant, high‑quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end in-house recruitment for permanent and contract roles, from role scoping through to offer and onboarding.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on perm vs contract hiring strategies.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Recruitment.
- Lead direct sourcing efforts using job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and talent pooling.
- Manage recruitment agencies, including briefing, performance management, and rate negotiations.
- Ensure all hiring activity complies with UK employment law, IR35 regulations, and internal governance.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
- Support onboarding processes, right-to-work checks, and background screening.
