Solutions Architect

Location: Bradford ( Minimum 2 to 3 days travel)

Are you an experienced Solution Architect looking to shape scalable, high‑quality technology solutions? We’re looking for someone who can translate business needs into robust technical architectures and play a key role in driving successful delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing end‑to‑end solution architectures aligned to business and technical goals
• Working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to define architecture strategy
• Translating business requirements into clear technical designs
• Conducting architecture reviews and recommending improvements
• Ensuring solutions align with architectural standards and best practices
• Mentoring junior architects and developers

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years’ experience in architecture design and implementation
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering complex technical solutions
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Excellent problem‑solving, leadership, and decision‑making skills
• Confident communicator, able to explain complex ideas clearly
