Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Manager - SC Cleared

Location

• UK Onshore (with occasional travel to Taunton as required)
• We are looking for an experienced

Scrum Master cum Agile Project Manager to lead Agile delivery for complex, business‑critical programmes within a secure and highly regulated environment.

This role combines hands‑on Scrum facilitation with end‑to‑end project management responsibility , including planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and financial control.

The successful candidate will ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery aligned to Agile principles while operating within structured governance frameworks.

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile values, Scrum practices, and value‑driven delivery
• Own and manage integrated project and release plans
• Track and manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
• Support governance forums with clear reporting on delivery progress and financials
• Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Act as the primary delivery contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performing Agile team culture
• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master on medium to large Agile programmes
• Strong Agile Project Management experience in structured or regulated environments
• Proven ability to manage project financials and governance requirements
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in secure, regulated, or public sector environments
• JIRA
• Confluence
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI‑ACP (preferred)
