Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve OB & revenue targets within the UK Private Sector market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and Oracle stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery, marketing and Oracle service line to ensure alignment and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
  • Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their performance and contribute to overall team success.
  • Represent the company at industry events & conferences to promote our solutions and brand.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on selling Oracle solutions within the UK Private Sector market.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle's product portfolio and value proposition, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and entrepreneurship.
  • Previous experience in leadership or management roles, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate a sales team.
